Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Monitor daily production reports and track section wise production to reduce the gap from planning.
Make a sewing allocation plan according to monthly sewing capacity.
Prepare fabric requirement plan according to cutting plan.

Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review material positions to ensure on-time shipment.
Analyzing the critical path of the total production flow from receiving fabric to the shipment and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions.
Check the availability of the fabric and give per day cutting target as per priority and follow up it properly.
Continuous make follow-up on production performances summary report and highlighted the unachieved target and discussed with IE team and production responsible.
Notify the merchant of any delays and outages.
Follow up Fabric & Accessories and ensure on-time in house.
